William Young< no role > Knight of Great Marlbors
Street in the County of Middlesex Agent to the Solicitor
of the Admiratly Maketh Oath and saith that on or
about the Twenty second day of June last the Prisoner
Elenor otherwise Eleanor Keirvin< no role > otherwise Karavan
was Committed by the Lord Mayor of London to take her Trial at the Session of
Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery now holding
at the Old Bailey London for Forging and uttering
as true a paper purporting to be the last Will and
Testament of Samuel Druce< no role > otherwise James White< no role >
late a Seaman belonging to His Majestys ship the
Magnificent deceased And this Deponent Saith
that previous to the said Prisoners Committment
as aforesaid Probate of the said forged Will had been
granted to her by the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
as the Deponent has been informed and verily
believes And this Deponent further Saith That he
is advised that no Indictment can properly be
preferred against the Prisoner for forging the said
Will until the said Prolate has been called in
and revoked or declared null and void by the said
Prerogative Court And saith that Mr. George Gostling
Proctor in Doctors Commons is employed to take
the necessary steps for that purpose in the name
of Richard Bennett< no role > the deceaseds next of Kin And
