about Michaelmas Term One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Eighty commence and prosecute an Action for the
said Robert Charlton< no role >
in the Court of Kings Bench at
Westminster
against Thomas Wright< no role >
and Evan Pugh< no role >
Esquires
two of the Inhabitants of the said City of London
for the Recovery of the Damages sustained by him the
said Robert Charlton< no role >
on the seventh June One Thousand
seven Hundred and Eighty by the rioters Pulling down
and demolishing his Dwelling House and his House hold
Goods and Furniture therein And this Deponent Further
saith that such Action came on to be and was tried
before Mr. Justice Bullere and special Jury at the
Sittings after Hilary Term One Thousand Seven
Hundred and Eighty one at the Guildhall
in and for the
said City when a Verdict was found by the said Robert Charlton< no role >
for
the Sum of Nine Hundred and Thirty seven pounds five
Shillings and Six Pence being the Amount of the
Damages so by the said Robert Charlton< no role >
sustained
on the Account aforesaid And this Deponent further
saith That he got the Costs of the said Action and Suit
taxed and settled by the proper Officer of the said Court of King's
Bench at the Sum of of Ninety Two Pounds four Shillings
and Six Pence And this Deponent Further saith that he
obtained and signed Final Judgment for the said
