Oath that he this Deponent was present and did see the above named Sarah
Hughes sign seal and as her act and Deed deliver the Deed of Release
hereunto annexed and that the Cross or mark set opposite to the Seal of the said
Deed of Release as the Party executing the same is of the Proper hand making
of the said Sarah Hughes< no role > and that the names I Martin and Chas. Pickering< no role >
Subscribed to the said Deed of Release as the Parties attesting the Execution
thereof are of the Proper handwriting of the said I Martin and this
Deponent respectively
