Bricklane Spitalfields
and agreed together to got
and Steal the Gutter lead off some premisses belonging
to Mr. Slade a Baker in Saint John Street
in the
Parish of Saint Matthew
Bethnal Green
but the
Premisses are at some distance in the same street
from Mr. Slades Dwelling house, and when they came
there they found one William Browne< no role >
and Samuel

with a Quantity of Lead cutting and rolling
it up and desired this Examinant Frazer, Begnon and
Defee to assist them, and they would return and
Assist this Examinant and the others withthemhim
and they then went away with the lead, and immediately
this Examinant and Samuel Defee got on the Premisses
and Frazer and Begnon remained before to receive
the lead as they cut it off, that they took off two pieces
of Lead one weighing about fifty five pounds and
another weighing about Nineteen Pounds then this
Examinant and Defee came of the Building and
they all four went together to the house ofJohn
