Take Notice that at the rest General
Session of the peace to be holden for the City
of London at the Guildhall within the said

I shall apply to the Court to discharge a
certain Recognizance entered into by the

Appearance of the said James Febay at the
last February Session to abide and perform
such Order as shall be made in pursuance
of the lot of Parliamnent in that behalf
relative to a charge made against him
