It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Greogry by Saint Paul in the said City have
Notice of this Petition and appeal and that they
and all Persons concerned do attend this Court
on Tuesday-next the 13th. day of this Instant
at the Guildhall in the said City at O Clock
in the forenon to hear and abide the Judgment
and determination of the same Court touching
the said Appeal
