That a proposal being made to them by the above named Daniel

these Deponents agreed thereto and that thereupon Bonds

upon themselves the Business of the said Arbitration and
who after examining the Witness

should cease and determine and that the said

pay to these Deponent
the Sum of Ten Pounds and that
