WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London, That Anthony Nicholson< no role > and
Elizabeth his Wife had
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Anthony as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Anthony
to be in the said Parish of Saint Andrew
and that thitherto he ought by Law to be sent.

require you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Anthony
Nicholson and< no role > his said Wife
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of
Middlesex
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this eighth Day of Oct One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Eighty three
