Who being upon their Oaths say and first the said William
Williams for himself saith that the Carcas of a Sheep now
produced by the InformantWilliamJohn Collingburn is the
property of him this Informant as he verily believes
This Informant Francis Ramsey< no role >
for himself saith That
the Carcass of the sheep now produced by the saidWilliamJohn
Collingburn is the property of his Master the said William
Williams That the said Sheep was killed last night
by his fellow Servant, and Dressed by him this Informant
and was left about Ten o'Clock of the same night in a
Slaughterhouse belonging to his said Master in Harrow
Alley Aldgate
High Street London which said Slaughter
House was then Locked up and secured
And this InformantWilliamJohn Collingburn for himself saith
that he is a Watchman
of the parish of White Chapel
That as he was going his round at Eleven's Clock last
Night in Buckle Street
in the said Parish he saw the
person now present who says his Name is Thomas Wetstone< no role >
in [..] Company with another person also present who says
his Name is Henry Solomons< no role >
That when he first saw
them the said Thomas [..] Wetstone was Carrying the
Carcass of a Sheep but soon after gave it to the said
Henry Solomons< no role >
who carried the said Carcas into Red
Lion Street That he this Informant suspecting they
had not come honestly by the said Carcas of the said
Sheep he followed the said Henry Solomons< no role >
and
had himApprehended him andtakentook him tothe
White Chapel
Watchhouse Lastly saith that
the Carcas of the Sheep now by him produced is the
same that was so taken on the said Henry Solomons< no role >
and which was given to the said Henry by the
aforesaid Thomas Wetstone as aforesaid.
