The Information of Patrick Mc Manns< no role > Charles
Jealous and Peter Sentence taken before me
this 22nd. day of Febry 1783 .

Who on their Oath say and first the said Patrick Mc. Manns says,
that having received Informant in that John Walker< no role > now present
kept a House in a Court in Little Britain in the City of London ,
and that he counterfeited copper Money therein, he this Informant
(with other Offices) went thither on Tuesday last, when he got
at the parlour Window. That he saw Sarah Walker< no role > now present
in said Parlour, and then observed said John Walker< no role > and Mary
Prothwell now present, come up the Cellar stairs That he compelled
said John Walker< no role > and Mary Rothwell< no role > to return again into the Cellar
from whence they had come, where he found a large Press
find, with a pair of Dies in it for stamping the Impressions
of a Farthing a Quantity of Farthings (apparently Struck
from said Dies) lying near the Press, several Blanks and
a Candle burning. That he found said Walkers Watch lying
near the Press, and on searching him no found several new
Farthings apparently struck peace said Dies. And the
said Charles Jealous< no role > This name instance is in set 2444. This set is in the group(s): BowStreetOfficers . says that he was present at this time,
and in the Garrett in said House he found a Cutting out Press
with Several Blanks lying near it, a Quantity of Sissill, and
by the side of the Press a Coat and Waistcoat belonging to
Wm. Rothwell< no role > now present, together with some now Farthings
Struck and coloured. That prisons to this Informants entering
the House, he observed said John Walker< no role > attempt to get out at
the Cellar Window & being at that time without a Coat on and in
a black or dirty condition. That hearing that some person had
escaped at the top of the house, this Informant went out into
