Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the a Parish of Saint George at Hanover Square
there in the Liberty of if [..] County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of Sir William Plomer< no role > Knight and Evan Pigh< no role > Esquire
two of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the City of London and
Liberties thereof, One being of the Quorum bearing date the Third day of
May, 1782, Ann the Daughter of Roger Perryer< no role > deceased by Elizabeth< no role >
his wife now Elizabeth the wife of James Jarvis< no role > aged Eleven Years and
upwards was removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Sepulcher London to the [..] of Saint George Hanover Square within
the Liberty of Westminister [..] County of Middlesex , whereby your
Petitioner's think them [..] pieved and humbly Appeal to this Court

Your Petitioner's therefore humbly pray that your Worships
will please to appoint same day in this present Session for the
