To the Churuch-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopgate
in the City of London , and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary at Hill
in the said City
and to every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopgate
London, That Alice Buck< no role > Singlewoman had

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Alice otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Alice
to be in the said Parish of Saint Mary at Hill
and that thitherto She ought by Law to be sent.

There are therefore in His Majesty< no role > 's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopgate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Alice Buck< no role >
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Mary at Hill in the said City
And her deliver until be Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them; together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for her accordingly to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 13th Day of Sepr. One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Eighty two
