next for Feloniously stealing a leather Pocket Book
and Four Guineas his Goods and Monies, and the reason
of wishing to decline a Prosecution in December Session
next, arises From the Great Inconvencence he must thereby
suffer in his Business by his Absence at Exeter Fair ,
and not From any Favour or Affection towards the said
