Who being on Oath say, and first the said Nathaniel Mason< no role >
for
himself says that two Shirts, one pair of Clack Silk Stockings
two Stocks and one Silk Handkerchief now produced, by the
said Thomas Brown< no role >
and Moses Murrant< no role >
, are this Informant
property and were stolen on of this Informants Apartments
as the saint Paul's Coffee House
in Saint Paul's Church
Yard, on Tuesday morning last. And the said Thomas
Brown says that this Morning Person now present who
calls himself William Hermitage< no role >
, offered the Shirt now
produced by this Informant to pledge, saying it was
his Own and left him by a Relation whereupon he stopped
him and caused him to be secured. And the said
Moses Murrant< no role >
says that on said William Hermitage< no role >
being secured and in custody, he searched him and found
on him one Shirt, me pair of Silk Stockings, two [..]
Stock [..] and one silk Handkerchief now produced.
