To the Right Honourable The Lord Mayor< no role >
of the City of London and the rest of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the
said City in their General Quarter
Session of the peace assembled.

The humble petition & Appeal of The Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
John the Baptist in peterborough in the
County of Nothampton

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order
of removal under the hands and seals of Brackley Kennett< no role >
Esquire and Evan Pugh< no role > Esquire two of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices
of the peace in and for the City of London and Liberties thereof (one being of
the Quorum) bearing date the Nineteenth day of October last Sarah< no role > the Widow of
Daniel Jamblin< no role > and her Daughter named Sarah< no role > aged thirteen Years were
removed and conveyed from and out of the Precinct of White Friars in the City of
London to the said Parish of Saint John the Baptist in peterborough as the place of
their last legal Settlement by which Your petitioners conceive themselves agrieved

Therefore humbly appeal and pray for such Relief in
premisses as to this Honourable Court shall Seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
