Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals of

his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the City of London
and
Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Seventh day of April Instant Mary (therein called) the Wife

and their three Children

Aged two Years were removed from
the parish of Saint Andrew Hubbard
London unto the
said Parish of Little Warley
in the County of Essex
as the
places of their legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners Conceive themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order, Appeal to this Honourable
Court against the same And humbly Pray Your
Worships to Appoint a day for to hear and
determine the same
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
