The Information of Edward Frogley< no role > a
Watchman Henry Young< no role > Silversmith
in Ludgate Streets and Herbert
William Ord< no role > sent to Young aforesd
Taken the 22d Sepr 1781

Herbert William Ord< no role > on his Oath south that
between the House of two and three o clock this Money
he was awake in his Bed in Mr Youngs Shop in
Ludgate Street and he thst he perceived a light
in his Masters Parlor upon which he rore up
and went to the window and saw a Man
in a lightent Couloured Cont and a Round Hat [..]
a Park Lanthorce in his Hand in the said Partor
and he saw a Ladder feed upon the desk in
the said Parlour & extended to the Sky light
upon wch informant went softly up stairs and
awaked Mr Young and informd him of
what he saw & then he called the Watch
upon wch. the Watchman made an Alarm
Mr Young and Informant then came down
Stairs and soon after the Watchman Ordd a Mem
up which is the very same man which
Informt. saw in the parlour as aforesd.

Informant Edward Froxley< no role > saith
that this Morningaboutbetween the Hours of
Two and three he was called to by Mr Young< no role >
in Ludgate street who said there was somebody
[..] in to his House that immedialey after
Mr Yong had street his Such three Men came
out of (the adjoining house which is uninhabited
informants there Alarmed the other watch and
hundred the three men and knocked down
the kindermost (the prisoner) and seemed him
