upwards and [..] he suspects strongly were all stolen by the
said John Bloude< no role > , the prisoner now under Examination
from him this Informant And this Informant Thomas Causby
for himself saith that he rents a House No. 3 in Gosewell Street
that John Bloude< no role > the prisoneratunder Examination rentedthe
and lodged in the fore Room up three pair of Stairs then that Martha
Ford lived with him as his Wife and there was also three Children
says that he was present when Dinmore took the Goods before
mentioned by Virtue of a Search Warrant and says the same
were taken from the said lodging Room of the said John
Bloude And this Informant John Dinmore< no role > for himself saith
that being a Constable in the parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex he want with a Search Warrant
to the House of the Informant Thomas Causeby in Goswell
Street aforesaid and there took from out of the fore Room up
three pair of Stairs the Goods herein before mentioned which
ever [..] deposited with thesaidInformant Joseph Said at his
House in Crooked Lane in the City of London And this
Informant Joseph Said for himself saith that the Goods
now produced anther same that were taken out of Lodgings of the said Bloude the prisonerall

Edmund Fleming< no role > for himself saith that John Bloude the
Prisoner hath at several times pawned to him this Informant
thirty Hats, all which this Informant hath now produced,
says that the said Bloude declared to him that his Name
was Fletcher< no role > , that he lived inFetler Leather Lane and was a Dealer
in Hats and that wanting to raise a sum of money was the Reason of
his pawning these Hats which were his own property
And this Informant John Harris< no role > further saith that he hath
examined threefourof thesaid that theHatsandtaken promisenosly out of the said
thirty Hats and having taken out the Linings of such Hats
knows the same to be his property and he verily believes the
whole thirty Hats to be his property, says the thirty Hats
are of the Value of five pounds and upwards
