Warehouseman Who< no role >
being on Oath saith, that about half an hour ago,
he was in his Warehouse, and the Piece of
Shalloon containing twenty nine Yards, now
produced, was upon a Shelf near the Door of
his WarehouseSays, that he saw William
Smith the Prisoner now under Examination,
come into his Warehouse and take the said Piece
of ShalloonSays, that he immediately went
out of the Shop, and apprehended the Prisoner in
Bazingall Street< no role >
with the Shallon under his
ArmSays, that the Prisoner told him, a
Person in the Street gave him a Shilling to
carry the Piece of Shalloon
to the White Horse
