Who on his Oath saith that he is Clerk to Mr. Edward Jones< no role >
Broker and Whasfinger in Allhallows Lane
Upper Thomas Street< no role >
London. That on Thursday the 12th. day of April Instant
or early the next Morning there was feloniously stolen out
of a Lighter on the Thames lying near the Steel Yard
in
Thames Street
London belonging to the said Edward Jones< no role >
,
a Quantity of Bar Iron the property of Godfrey Thornton< no role >
Esquire
by some Person or Persons unknown to this Informant.
And this Informant further saith that he has seen a
Quantity of Iron in the possession of James Leveritt and
verily believes by the Mark on it, that it is the same Iron
which was stolen out of the Lighter as aforesaid.
