the Prisoner importuned him very much to go
with her, which he refusedSays, that the
Prisoner Seized him in a violecet manner, put
him against a door way, and he apprenended
himself to be in great danger from the violent
behaviour of the Prisoner, who as he believes with Force took
the Note, Bill, and Money out of his Pocket
