of Snow Hill< no role > No. 48 Grocer and Richard
Graves Porter< no role > to the said Gabriel Heath< no role >
Taken upon Oath Before me Brackley
Kennett Esquire Lord Mayor< no role > of the City
of London this 2d. September 1780

And first this Informant Gabriel Heath< no role > saith that he
ordered the other Informant Richard Graves< no role > to carry half
a hundred Weight of Starch and sixteen Pounds Weight of
Indigo Blue in a Box directed for S. Spencer Hampstead< no role >
And the said other Informant Richard Graves< no role > for himself
saith that as he was carrying the said Box in Cart on Snow
Hill he was informed by the other Informant Henry Dawson< no role >
that he saw the Prisoner William Groves< no role > take the Box [..]
now Produced out of his Cart and both these Informants say
that they thereupon pursued the Prisoner and took him with
the said Box upon him and then it is the same that was
Feloniously taken out of the said Carl as aforesaid And the
said Informant Gabriel Heath< no role > saith that the said Box with
the Starch and blue contained therein are of the value of
two Pounds and upwards his Property
