Attainted at the last Admiralty session of felony and piracy, and
received judgment of death, but respited. Surrendered June 7,
to Mr. John Cricket< no role > , deputy marshal of the high court of Admiralty Have since
received his Majesty< no role > 's pardon, on condition of serving in the royal navy; and on
June 16, 1780, gave before Sir James Marriot< no role > , the judge of he high court of
Admiralty , and by him discharged.

Stand charged at the session holden for the high court Admiralty
of felony and piracy.

MIDDESEX PRISONERS who remained upon Orders,
but were, on June 6, 1780, forcibly taken out of, and delivered
from the gaol of Newgate , by a most tumultumos andf riotous con-
course of persons, who at the same time set fire to, and destroyed
great part of the said gaol.

to be imprisoned 12 calendar months[Retaken, and in Woodstreet -compiter.]

for the said a silver watch, Etc. the property of James Moore< no role > ;

trial, ordered to remain.

house; and his verdict found special for the opinion of the judges.

nished by being kept on board ships or vessels, &c. and employes in hard labour,
in the raising land, soil and gravel from, and cleaning the river Thames , Etc.
for the space of 5 years[Retaken, and in Woodstreet -compter.]
