Mayor of the City of London and to the rest of
His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City of
London in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
(by Adjournment) Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Son of
the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
within the Liberty of Westminster

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of Frederick Bull< no role > and William Plomer< no role > Esquires Two of
His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London and Liberties
thereof one being of the Quorum bearing Date the Eighteenth day
of October 1779 Sarah Allen< no role > aged Thirteen years Joseph Allen< no role >
aged Eleven years and William Allen< no role > aged three years the three
Children of Richard Allen< no role > or Soldier in the Surrey Militia were
removed and Conveyed from and out of the Precinct of White Friers
London to the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square within the Liberty
of Westminster whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and
humbly Appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that your Worship
will pleased to grant that the Benefit of the said Appeal may be
saved unto them and that the hearing and determination
thereof be Adjourned until the next GeneralSessions of
the Peace to be holden for the said City and Liberties there of
and that all Persons concerned be Ordered then to attend this
Court touching the said Appeal
