within the Liberty
of Westminster
whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and
humbly Appeal to this Court against the same
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that your Worship
will pleased to grant that the Benefit of the said Appeal may be
saved unto them and that the hearing and determination
thereof be Adjourned until the next GeneralSessions of
the Peace to be holden for the said City and Liberties there of
and that all Persons concerned be Ordered then to attend this
Court touching the said Appeal
