who is charged before me with having wilfully
set Fire to his Dwelling House No. 6 Bird in
hand Court in the said City Who on his Oath
saith, that about a fortnight ago the said Thomas
Hilliard brought a Tub with kitchen Stuffinet
to the said
Mary Hoffman< no role >
's Shop that after the
Stuff had been weighed by this Informant's fellow
Servant
, he emptied the same out of the Tub,
which Tub appeared to have been an Oyster Barrel,
that he this Informant did not take any particular
Notice of the said Tub, so as to be able to knew the
same again
thatAnd this Informant further saith
that the said
Thomas Hilliard< no role >
declared the said Kitchen

Stuffwas not his own, and desired the
[..] Tub might
be
leftset by untill he called for it and which was so
done, and
the saidmet Tub was delivered to the said
Thomas Hilliard< no role >
the same Evening by him this
Informant, And this Informant further saith
that
[..] having viewed the bottom of a Tub or
Barel now produced, he believed it may be
about the size of the Tub in which the said Thomas
Hilliard brought the Kitchen Stuff to the sd.
Mrs. Hoffman's House as aforesaid.
