Chinaman who is Brother to the said Thomas Williams< no role > and was informed
by the said William Williams< no role > that the said Thomas Williams< no role > was gone into
the Country and that he expected him to return in a few Days and this
Deponent saith that he did on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday last and this
Day being Friday the fifth Day of June instant make further Enquiry for the
said Thomas Williams< no role > of the said Hannah Willcocks< no role > and was on those
several Days informed by her that the said Thomas Williams< no role > was not
returned to his Lodgings and that she did not know where he was to be
found and which Information this Deponent believes to be true and this
Deponent saith that he did also on the said Tuesday Wednesday and
Thursday last and also this Day being Friday the fifth Day of June instant
make further Inquiry for the said Thomas Williams< no role > of the said William
Williams and was on those several Days informedthatby the said William
Williams that the said Thomas Williams< no role > was not yet returned from the
Country and that he the said William Williams< no role > did not know where the said
Thomas Williams< no role > was to be found and which Information this Deponent
beleives to be true And this Deponent saith that he will use his utmost
Endeavours to procure the said Thomas Williams< no role > to attend at the next
Session of Oyer and Terminer to be holden for this City to give Evidence
on such Bill of Indictment against the said Robert Jaques< no role > and hopes
and verily beleives he this Deponent will be able to procure him the said
Thomas Williams< no role > to attend at the said Session for that procure.
