at the General Quarter Session of the Peace at the
Guildhall of the said City Assembled.

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Catherine Coleman in the said
City of London

Sheweth.

That by an Order of Removal under the Hands and
Seals of the Right Honourable Sir Thomas Hallifax< no role > Knight
Lord mayor of the said City and Robert Alsop< no role > Esquire one of the
Aldermen of the said City Two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said City Dated the Twentieth Day of
December last Jane Richards< no role > and her Illegitemate Son
Thomas< no role > Aged Two months and upwards for Nurture were
removed from the Parish of Saint Catherine Creechurch in the
said City of London to the Parish of Saint Catherine Coleman in
the said City of London as the Place of the last Legal Settlement
of the said Jane Richards< no role > by which your Petitioners think
themselves Aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly Pray your Lordship and
Worships that they may have Liberty
to appeal to the said Order of Removal

And Your Petitioners will
ever Pray.
