he standing indicted at the session of our lord the king of oyer and ter-
miner and general gaol delivery, held for our said lord the king at Maid-
stone in and for the county of Kent , on Monday the 21st day of July
last, for a burglary in the dwelling-house of William Akehurst< no role > This name instance is in set 1753. , and
stealing therein a gold ring value 20s. a silver tea spoon value 1s. 1 can-
vas purse value 1d. a cotton striped purse value 1d. and £210. in monies
numbered, his property, on which indictment the said John Holt< no role > has not
yet been arraign'd, or taken his trial. Dated Oct. 8, 1777.
