maketh Oath and saith, that William Pattison< no role >
Shoemaker , of Hanway yard , Oxford Road
and Samuel Baily< no role > , of Bridges Street Covt. Gardn .
Tavern Keeper , are two material Wit=
nesses in the above Cause in Bahalf
of the Dept.& this Deponent further
maketh Oath that he has sent several Persons,
to enquire after the sd. Wm. & Saml. and
is Possitively informed that both Wm. & Saml
are out of Town & this Dept. verely
believes he can not procure them before
next SessionsPrays therefore that
the Honble. Court may take it in Consi-
deration to Postponed his Trial Etc
