Southwod , for privately stealing from him a linnen handkerchief.

the house door of Mr. Wall in Fisher-street at 10 o'clock in the evening,
which house is let out in tenements, entering the said house, and feloni-
ously taking and carrying away from the brick-work where it was fixed,
