SIR,
Youbeing bound over to appear at the
Session held inJanryast,to prosecute James Potts< no role > and not appearing according to
the Condiction of your Recognizance for that Purpose, it became
forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court of Exchequer, in
order to the issuing of Process thereon against you; for levying
the Penalty; unless prevented by Appearance and proper Appli-
cation, to stay Proceedings thereon at the next Session, which will
being at Justice-Hall, in the Old Bailey, on Wednesday the16th.
Instant.
