then told them them they had no right to work there
for that theyhadware no Ticket Porters and had no
Ticket, and the deced further said that they should
not carry the Goods out of the Barge, but they said
they would for all him, and thereupon the deced
alter [..] to go upon the sd. Plank but they wod.
not let him and told him that there was a Road
[..] down the Stairs and thathe mightif he had a
Mind to come on Board the sd. Barge he must go
that way, for if he offered to come over the Plant
he the sd Bushnall wod. hit him into the Water,
that the deced then got on the Plank, and when
he had got about half the way over sd. Bushnell
shoved the Plank from him and then pulled it
[..] little way to him again which threw the
deced into the River: says the deced as he was going
down attempted to lay told of the Plank but could
not: says that when Bushnall saw the deced
fall into the River he secured to be very much
concerned and cryed out, O Lord, O Lord, two or
three times. Says that to Dept. and others used their
[..] to take up the deced out to no purpose and that the
deced was taken up inthe saida few Minutes
afterwards and further knows not.
