The King agt. James Lambly< no role > for an assault

Henry Crosley< no role > of Fish Street Hill London Warehouseman
maketh Oath that the Defendant James Lambly has
been for upwards of Three Weeks [..] last past and now
is in the Isle of Wight as this Deponent verily believes
upon Business which will necessarily detain him till
after the end of this present Session for the Peace for
the City of London and that the said James Lambly
cannot without great inconvenience personally appear
before this Court pursuant to his Recognizance for
that purpose which is the only Reason for applying
to put off the Tryal of this Indictment and to
respute the said Recognizance until the next
Sessions of the Peace as this Deponent verily
believes.
