The Information of Abraham Hyams< no role > taken
before me this 11th. day of October 1775

Who being upon Oath says that on Tuesday the 3rd. of October Instant
Paul Callow< no role > now present and another person who gres by the Name of
Little Dan came to this Informant in Still alley Houndsditch and
produced seven Watches which they sold to this Informant for
six Guineas and a half part of which Money this Informant
then paid them, that the said Paul Callow was the person who
pulled the said Watches out of his Pocket and the said Daniel Hopkins< no role >
received from this Informant two Pounds seventeen shillings and
six pence in part of Payment, that the same day this Informant
being told of seven Watches being advertised as stolen he suspecting
the Watches he had bought to be these that were advertised he
surrendered himself and gave Information of whom he bad bought
them by which means the said Paul Callow was apprehended
