for the Defendant Salomon Maketh Oath that the Tryal of this Indictment
was to have come on the last Sessions, but this Deponent was informed
that at the request of the Councel concerned for the Prosecutor the Tryal
was to be adjourned to this Present Sessions the Prosecutor being at the
Expence of respecting the Recognizance to this Sessions in order to give
the Prosecutor an Opportunity of Settling with the said Defendant
Salomon, it being apprehended that the Matter between the parties
was to be Settled before the then next and now Present Sessions And
this Deponent Saith that the said Prosecuter nor any other Person
for him have not nor hath to the best of this Deponents Information
knowledged and belief Settled the said Cause of the Matters between
him and the said Defendant Salomon and this Deponent relying
upon the said Cause or Prosecution being ended or settled this Deponent
did not apply for a Venire for the tryal of the said Indictment But
this Deponent will be ready to proceed to Tryal at the next Sessions
and is ready to try the said Cause which he woud now have done
had a Venire been issued
