White Chapel London Merchant Maketh Oath and Saith that the
Said Samuel Nathan who she Knows to be a Material Witness
for the above Defendant Henry Noah in this Cause is now
on his Travels from Paris to England Wound by the Way [..]
Holland and that he will be in England in about a fortnight
or then abouts as she has been informed and Verily believes it
to be true and futher saith that the said Samuel Nathan has
not been in England these four Months or thereabouts

in the Old Bailey on Monday the
