the said William White upon his Oath Saith that John Ellard< no role >
of
Kensington
in the County of Middlesex
Salesman
is a material
Witnass for this deponent on the trial of this Indictment and without
whose testimony this deponent cannot saith Safet procced in his defence
And Saith that he has caused a Wriet of Subpna to be issued out derected
to the said John Ellard to Appear in this Court as of this day which
Original Subpana is hereto annexed, And the [..]
Moss Saith
that having received the said Subpena and Copy thereof he went Earlytheon
Saturday Morning last to Kensington aforesaid to Serve the said Subpana on the
said John Ellard when the Wife of the said John Ellardsthe [..]
acquainted
this deponent that the said John Ellard he husband had been gone to
Birmingham in Warwickshire earlyYesterdayon Friday morning last on a
Matter relating to a Commission of Bankruptey wherein he was a
Crediter, And the said Mrs. Ellard then Acquainted this deponent
that She did not expect him home in less than Ten or Eleven days
which Information this deponent believes to be true.
