maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent was present and
did see the within named William Hales< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause
duly sign and seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the within
Release and saith that the Name William Hales within set and
subscribed as the party executing the said Release is the Proper
Hand writing of the said William Hales and that the Name
Thos. Day within also set and subscribed as one of the Witnesses
attesting the Execution of the said Release the Proper
Hand Writing of this Deponent
