At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden for the City of London at the Guildhall within the said City
on Monday the Eighteenth day of October in the thirteenth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc

Whereas The Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of Saint Mary at Lambeth in the County of Surry have exhibitted
their Petition and Appeal to this Court setting forth that by virtue of
an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of
His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said City and Liberties
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 7th. day of
October 1773 Catherine Nunn< no role > Singlewoman a Lunatick was
removed from the Parish of Saint Ann within Aldersgate London
unto the said Parish of Saint Mary at Lambeth alledging the said
Parish of Saint Mary at Lambeth to be the place of her last legal
settlement and that the Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices
appealed against the same Wherefore at the request of the said
Petitioners It is ordered that the benefit of the said Appeal be
saved unto them and that the hearing and determination thereof be
and the same is hereby adjourned unto the next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said City at the Guildhall aforesaid
on Monday the sixth Day of December next at Eight of the Clock
in the Morning and that Due notice hereof be given unto the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint Ann within Aldersgate
