To the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor and the Rest
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
City of London and the Liberties thereof at their General
Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humle Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Trinity
Minories In the Liberty of his Majesty's Tower
of London.

Sheweth


That by an Order of Removal bearing Date the 23d. Day of
March last under the Hands and Seals of the Right Honourable
Frederick Bull< no role > Lord Mayor of the City of London and Robert
Peckham
< no role > Esquire two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
City of London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum
Mary< no role > the Widow of Christopher Stevens< no role > , whose Settlement is Unknown
and her Three Children Mary< no role > Aged Eleven Years, Thomas< no role > Aged
Nine Years and James< no role > Aged Six Years were Removed and Conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Allhallows Barkin in the City of
London to the said Parish of Trinity Minories as the Place of the
last Legal Settlement of the said Mary Stevens< no role > and her Three
Children Mary, Thomas, and James,

Your Petitioners therefore Conceiving themselves Aggrieved by
the said Order of Removal Do Humbly Appeal to this
Court against the same Praying such Relief in the Premisses
as to this Court shall seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
