being sick, ordered to remain.

32 Thomas Hart< no role > , committed last session by Mr. Alderman Plomer, on oath of John
Wyatt, for stealing 2 silver table-spoons, Etc. the property of William Mobbs< no role > ; but
having pleaded a plea of misnomer to an indictment against him by the name of
Richard Hart< no role > , ordered to remain.

33 Robert Collins< no role > , convicted July session of feloniously coining and counterfeiting an half-
penny, was branded in the hand, and ordered to be imprisoned one year.

of 10 years with intent carnally to know and abuse her, having pleaded not guilty,
ordered to remain for bail.
