Indictments for
Misdemeanors

Take Notice that in pursuance of a Notice given on the second
Day of August Instant to Messrs. Lee and Willey your Solicitors in
these Prosecutions the Court will be moved at the General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for the City of London (by Adjournment
at the Guildhall London on Monday the Eighth Day of August Instant
at Nine of the Clock in the Morning was soon after as Councel can
be heard that the said several Indictments may be quashed for the
Insufficiency thereof but in Case such motions should not then come on
the Court will then be Moved that the said Defendant may be admitted
to Bail for his Personal appearance to answer the said several
Indictments and the following Persons or any three of them will be
offered as Bail for that purpose, Samuel Price< no role > of Leaden hall Street
London Victualler , Henry Savage< no role > of Little Bartholomew Closed [..]
