Prison Maketh Oath and Saith That the said Deft
beign Ill of Feavor He this Deponent hath for
upwards of a Fortnight last past [..] every Night Attended
on him and Continued in the same Room with him
to help him to what he might want and give him
the Medicines according to Direction of the Apothecary
Saith that the said Thomas hath for all that
Time been very Ill and frequently Delorious And
is now so Week that he is not able to Stand
And verily believes he is quite unfitt to take his
Tryall at this Present Sessions or to be removed
from the said Prison
