Esquire Lord Mayor of the City of London
and to the Worshipful the Aldermen and the Recorder his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
same City at their General Session of the
Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Ann and Agnes within Aldersgate
London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the City of London (one being of the Quorum) dated
the Twenty first day of May last Mary Smith< no role > Widow
was removed from the Parish of Saint Andrew in Holborn
London to the said Parish of Saint Ann and Agnes within
Aldersgate by the Desonption of Saint Ann within Aldersgate London as the place of her last legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and Judgment
of the said two Justices And therefore
humbly Appeal to this Honourable Court
against the same And pray that the
Benefit of the said Appeal may be
Save'd unto them and that the Hearing
and Determination thereof may be
adjourned until the next General
Quarter Session of the Peace to
be holden for the said City.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
