on an Inquisition taken on the
Body of William Unwin< no role > there
lying dead.

Market in the County by of Middlesex Servant
at the House [..] by the Sign of the One Tur [..]
there maketh Oath [..] that on Sunday the
22d. of Decr. last that deced being at the House of
Robert Voyce< no role > a Vitueller is Drury Law in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex having by the Sign of the Barley
M [..] here this Dept. lives as a Servant
the deced was third one James Gardiner< no role > and
Samuel Wastley< no role > had soul words together on
which the sd. Samuel Westley< no role > struct the said
James Garding< no role > that their [..] Unwin case from
his Seat was away and Westley witht. any provocation drunk
William knew in that deced upon the Bridge of
his [..] [..] [..]
anor. Blow upon or near the same place on
which the deced said he would fight Westley
that the Deced then pulled off his [..]
to fight Westley which when one Westley
immediatly flew at the deced struck him
upon the [..] which [..] him
under the Grates in which sd. Yard in took
him up that then sd. Westley went out of the
House and seen after brought in three Strangers
with him but before they come the deced had
left that House the deced bled much at the
Nose and Mouth when his [..] away that the
next Morning th [..] to her Master in House
and complained that he was very ill on account of the Bl [..] drank abt.
half sint of the [..] and went away and never
he and more of him told the [..] was dead in
St. Bartholomew's Hospital .
