To the Right Honourable Brass Crosby< no role > Esquire Lord
Mayor of the City of London and to the Rest of the
Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
City and Liberties thereof in their General Session
of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of Saint Sepulchre London.

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of An Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands Seale of the Right Honourable Brass
Crosby Esquire Lord Mayor and Sir Richard Glyn< no role > Baronet
Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace is and for the
said City of London and Liberties theresft One
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Twenty
forth Day of November 1770 Elizabeth Sumner< no role > (Wife
of Isaac Sumner< no role > (who is Patient in Saint Bartholomew
Hospital in West Smith field London) and their Two
Children Namely Margaret< no role > Aged Twenty Months
and Mary< no role > Aged Seven Months were Removest
from the Parish of Saint Ann in Black Fryers
London to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London as the Place of their Lord Legal Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore Thinking themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order of the said Two Justices at
the Pence Appeal to this Court against the same, And
that the Benefit of this Appeal may 6 Served unto
your Petitioners and that the Henning and
Determination thereof May be Adjourned untill
the next General Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden for the said City

And your Petitioners shall Ever Pray.
