The Information of Sarah Dunstan< no role > taken
before me this 25th. day of Janry. 1771

Who being upon Oath says that about a Year ago she knew one John
Haines John Sidy and Luke Cannon< no role > that at that time she lodged
with a person now present who calls herself Elizabeth Siday< no role > that the
said John Siday< no role > Luke Cannon< no role > and John Haines< no role > went one Night out
of the said John Siday< no role > 's Lodgings together in order to rob the house
of Lady Mansell, that the said John Siday< no role > John Haines< no role > and Luke Cannon< no role >
returned to the said John Siday< no role > 's Lodgings about three or four hours afterwards
and brought with them each a Bundle containing a Pink Sacque and Petticoat
trimmed with Tissue, a Lady's Suit of black Velvet, a Lady's Suit of black Silk
a Lady's Suit of black Sattin, a Lady's Suit of half Mourning Striped, a Lady's
Suit of cream coloured Brocade embroidered either with Silver or Gold, a green
Silk quilted Petticoat, and a Quantity of other Women's Apparel and a large
Table Cloth, that the said Luke Cannon< no role > said he had lived Servant with
the said Lady Mansell and this Informant does verily believe that
the Said Apparel above mentioned was stolen out of the house of the Said
Lady Mansell, that in the Evening of the Same day about 7 o'Clock the said
John Siday< no role > John Haines< no role > Luke Cannon< no role > & this Informant and the said
Elizabeth Siday< no role > carried away all the said Women's Apparel in a Hackney
Coach, that they went all together to an Ale house where this Informant the
said Elizabeth Siday< no role > the said JohnSidayHaines & the said Luke Cannon< no role >
were all left, and the Said John Siday< no role > carried away the Said Apparel to
be sold, that he returned to them in about half an hour and said he had
sold all the said Apparel to me Mrs. Case for ten Guineas, and that
the said Mrs. Case had told him that if the said Apparel had all been
plain Silks she could have given a better Price but that she should be
obliged to send them abroad and should be out of Pocket, and this Informt.
further says that on a Monday about 5 Weeks ago she went to live with William
Siday at a Lodging in Little Britain , that on the Same Monday Night
this Informant the Said William Siday< no role > the said John Siday< no role > and the said
Elizabeth Siday< no role > were all present together in the Lodging of the Said
John Siday< no role > in Seacoal Lane , that they ware conversing about
