The Information of John Morris< no role > taken before me
one of his Majestys Justices of the peace in and
for the said County the 18: day of January in the
year of our Lord 1771

This Informant upon his Oath saith that on Wednesday the
fifteenth day of January Instant about five or Six in
the Evening of the same day this Informant walking
along Fenchurch Street in the City of London Saw two
persons one of whom he knew by the name of Waters and
the other by a can't Name of Cut Nuckles saith that he
saw the said person called Waters go in at a Bakers
or Cornchandler Shop in Fenchurch Street aforesaid and
open a Door in the said Shop [..] which leads as
this Informant believes into a room adjoining thereto and
Went into the same and brought out with him from the
said Room one Coat and one Waistcoat saith that
White the aforesaid Waters went into the said Shop and
Room the other person called cut nuckles stayed at the
Door next the street Saith that when the said Waters
came from out of the shop he saw him deliver the
Coat and Waistcoat to the saidCutpersons called
Cut Nuckles and immediately the said persons called
Waters and Cut nuckles ran up an ally near an
ale House on the other side of the way Saith that the
next day he met the said two persons on Salt Petre Bank
who gave him this Informant two Shillings
