At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden
for the City of London at the Guild hall within the said City by
Adjournment on Tuesday the Eighteenth day of December in the
Eleventh Year of the Regin of our Sovereign Lord George the third
King of Great Britain Etc. Before Brass Crosby< no role > Esquire Mayor
of the City of London James Eyre< no role > Esquire Recorder of the said City
William Nash< no role > Esquire Samuel Plumbe< no role > Esquire Richard Oliver< no role >
Esquire Aldermen of the said City and others their Fellows Justices
of our said Lord the King Assigned to keep the peace of our said
Lord the King within the said City and also to hear and Determine
divers felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed within
the said City.

Whereas the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Petersham in the County of Surry have Exhibitted their Petition and
Appeal to this Court settingforth that by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant
under the hands and Seals of two of His Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the City of London (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Thirtieth
day of November last Jane Hall< no role > , singlewoman was removed out of
the parish of Saint Alban in Woodstreet London into the said Parish
of Petersham as the place of her last legal settlement and that the
petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved by the said Order or pass
warrant appealed against the same Whereupon at the request of
the said Petitioners It is Ordered that the benefit of the said Appeal be
saved unto them and that the hearing and Determination thereof be and
the same is hereby adjourned unto the next General Quarter Session of
the peace to be holden for the City of London at the Guildhall within the
said City on Monday the fourteenth day of January next at Eight of the
Clock in the Morning and that due Notice hereof be given to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Alban in Woodstreet .
