and appeal came on to be heard in the Same Sessions when the same was
adjourned until the then next General Session of the peace for the said
City And Whereas the final Determination of the same Complaint and
Appeal stands duly adjourned by several order until this present
Thursday the 27th. Day of October Now upon the further hearing of the
same Complaint and appeal in the presence of Council as well on behalf
of the Mayor Commonalty and Citizens of the said City Governors of the said
Hospital, as on the part and behalf of the Churchwardens and overseers
of the said Parish of St. Bartholomew the less, and also upon and Admissed
by all parties that the facts above set forth were true This Court doth
allow the said appeal and Quash the said Rate with respect to the
Several Assessments above mentioned.
